1 Introduction and Definitions

m71p (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming platform that provides various forms of gaming entertainment for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") establishes the legal agreement between m71p and the registered user ("you" or "member").

Definitions

• Account: A personal profile created by registering on the platform.
• Services: All gaming and related services provided through m71p.
• Balance: The amount of funds held in an account.
• Bonus: Additional funds or benefits provided for promotional purposes.
• Wagering Requirement: The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To use m71p's services, users must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to open an account or participate in any game on this platform. If age verification is required, we may request relevant documents.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended or permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will be considered a serious violation and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to our support team immediately. m71p will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from you sharing your login details with a third party.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at m71p is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). A successful withdrawal request generally takes between 5 and 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals must be made using the payment method registered to your account.

3.3 Verification Process

For security purposes, identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. In such cases, you may be asked to submit a national identity card or an equivalent document. The withdrawal process may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.4 Transaction Restrictions

m71p reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or review any transaction as needed to prevent fraud or suspicious activity. m71p will not be held responsible for technical issues or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

m71p offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, the applicable conditions must be met at the time of the first deposit after registration.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all promotional bonuses, including the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Playing games with the intent to abuse bonuses, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is communicated at the time of the promotion. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus balance will be automatically cancelled.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

m71p's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier is awarded based on the user's activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Moving up VIP tiers depends on the user's consistent participation and loyalty to the platform. The benefits and terms for each tier are subject to change, and we reserve the right to make changes with prior notice.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest activity.
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial means.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting technical flaws or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Attempting network attacks or unauthorized server access.

7 Responsible Gaming

m71p places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment, not as a source of income. We ask users to follow these guidelines:

• Bet within your means and set personal limits.
• Do not try to recover losses by placing further bets.
• If gaming is affecting your daily life and relationships, take a break.

11 Limitation of Liability

m71p accepts limited liability for any loss caused by technical failures, internet disconnections, or third-party service providers. We always strive to provide an uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding game outcomes and are not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming.

12 Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
